This was an interesting read, though it felt like a human interest piece rather than an actual story. Nothing wrong with that at all, and there is definitely a place out there in magazines and suchlike for human interest. In fact, given the current climate, it would likely be easier to sell this piece as it is, than if it were rewritten within the structure of a story. It is well written and interesting. A lot of us have had experiences that cannot be explained, yet seem quite trivial in nature so as not to bother to investigate further. But they do leave you wondering? .

Ghosts are entities that cannot detach from certain places when they die & go where they are supposed to go. A friend of mine had to have strong helpful words to evict such an entity! An everyday spooky story!
